The Tinkering Horse is a one woman Army that tries to please one little girl at a time. I started my business when my oldest daughter wouldnt take off her leotard lol. So I decided to make her a tutu that she could wear as much as she likes. When I descovered how wonderful my tutus are I started offering them to the public!The Tinkering Horse has grown and grown in the last few years. We now offer tutu sets for all occasions and Jewelry Candles for that special someone.... even if it is yourself lol.
